Kathy De Bolt, Deputy Capabilities Manager for Terrestrial
and Identity, United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), at

Kathy De Bolt joined the United States Army in 1974 as an
interrogator. She attended the German course at the Defense Language School,
Monterey, California. After graduating from DLI, Kathy was stationed at the
Eschwege Border Resident Office,165th MI Battalion, Eschwege, Germany where she
served 4 years. She then moved on to be an interrogation instructor at Ft.
Huachuca, Arizona and was named the first “Instructor of the Year” in 1981. Ms.
DeBolt attended Officer Candidate School in 1982 and was commissioned as a U.S.
Army second lieutenant in Feb 1983. Her military schools include the 7th Army
NCO Academy, Defense Language Institute-German, Interrogation Basic Course, MI
Officer Basic Course, Counterintelligence Officer Course, Military Intelligence
Officer Advance Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, U.S. Army
Command and General Staff College.
